Our Terms & Conditions, Property Rules and the City of Busselton CODE OF CONDUCT for Holiday Homes all form part of any booking.
**NOTE** 1st JANUARY 2026 - The house next door was demolished, therefore we expect construction of a new house to commence shortly. We were not advised of any details relating to demolition and also are not yet aware of details surrounding new construction. Please direct a question to us prior to booking if you need.
UPDATE - 23rd February 2026 - Sand has been delivered to the block and a builders sign erected, therefore we presume construction will now commence. Please do not book this home if you have any concerns about noise as we cannot control this and cannot offer any compensation.
This beautiful beachside home will steal your heart and keep you coming back for more.
Situated on a big leafy block, making you feel tucked away in a private oasis, however being only minutes drive from all Down South has to offer.
Everyone can relax in comfort with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 3 living areas and heaps of outdoor space to provide options for all occasions. You can even bring your dog to join in the family holiday (strictly OUTSIDE pets only please).
The expansive main living room, dining and kitchen overlook a wonderful grassy backyard & pool that will provide your family with endless enjoyment.
A dream kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook, including induction cooktop & a dishwasher in the butlers pantry. The laundry room with washer is located off the kitchen as well as a separate toilet.
Reverse cycle air conditioning is provided in the main living area. There is also a large wood fire that will be a welcome extra comfort in Winter and also provides heat to the downstairs bedrooms via vents. Ceiling fans are provided in 3 of the downstairs bedrooms.
Downstairs is completed by another separate lounge room, 4 queen size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite with toilet, the other is the main family bathroom with separate toilet).
Upstairs provides just another level of quality to this gorgeous home. You are greeted by another large living room with bar area including a small fridge. Look outside over the treetops and you can catch glimpses of our turquoise bay.
There are two expansive bedroom suites upstairs, both with ocean glimpses through the trees - one a King bedroom with huge walk in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, double vanity & separate toilet. The other has a Queen size bed, walk in robe & ensuite shower and vanity plus a separate toilet.
Upstairs has reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the living area.
On the balcony you can sit out for hours feeling nestled amongst the tree-tops.
The location is perfect with the beach only a stroll across the road, as well as a quality boat ramp. A few minutes drive away there are shops to get all your necessities. Otherwise the Busselton CBD is only 8 minutes drive away.

Please note:
-The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Tea towels
* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)
* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)
- Beach towels are NOT included
- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay
- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months
-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.
- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.
- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry if you intend for your dog to come. There are strict guidelines in place for pets in Holiday Homes. They cannot be left unattended at the property at any time. Strictly outside pets only unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.

BOOKINGS
- Unless we agree with you otherwise, all bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total fees (nightly lease fees, cleaning & linen hire), which is to be paid as per stated on the Booking Quote/Invoice
- Remainder of your holiday fees (nightly lease fees, cleaning & linen hire), must be received by us, in cleared funds, no less than 28 days prior to your arrival date, or the due date as stated on your Booking quote/Invoice
- In all cases, a security bond must be received by us, in cleared funds, no less than seven days prior to your arrival date or as stated on your Booking quote/invoice.
- The above clauses are amended in the instance that the booking is for high demand dates, for dates very far in advance, last minute and/or the arrival date is within four weeks of the booking date.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
- Any nightly lease fees paid prior to the date of cancellation/non-payment will not be refunded unless the property is relet for the period of the proposed occupancy for at least your agreed rental. If re-let for a lesser amount, you will be liable for the difference. If re-let, an administration fee applies, which is equivalent to 10% of the fees paid to-date plus any difference in the rebooked nightly lease fees. The balance of funds will be released to you, less the administration fee, within 7 days of the property being re-let.
- Where a guest wishes to amend their booking by cancelling a portion of the nights confirmed to book, the following will apply: If this occurs no less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there shall be no penalty - If this occurs within 6 weeks of an arrival date then the portion of nightly lease fees paid prior to the date of cancellation/amendment will not be refunded unless the property is re-let for the cancelled nights for at least your agreed rental fee. If re-let for a lesser amount, you will be liable for the difference.

We have been going away as a family once a year for a week for a few years now, as our family has grown over this time, we have had to keep upgrading houses for more space. As this was our first time staying at Salt, we were not disappointed. So much space for everyone, this house is huge. It had everything we needed for making memories inside and outside the house, the kids loved the pool, when we weren't at the beach, just across the road. The location of this property was perfect for all our outings.jetty, breweries, walks, wineries, you name it everything is so close. The house itself has plenty of space to go and find some quiet time when you need it, with lovely gardens and a couple of local possum's that would come out at night to say hell We will definitely be back

This was a great house for our group getaway to Busselton, opposite the beach but with its own pool which was used everyday. Plenty of space for our group members to spread out and do their own thing. Great value for a group holiday.
