Our Terms & Conditions, Property Rules and the City of Busselton CODE OF CONDUCT for Holiday Homes all form part of any booking.

Ideally located within walking distance to the beach, Busselton Jetty, shopping district and all the eateries in Central Busselton "OCEAN DAZE" provides the perfect place to set-up for your Down South stay. There is even a bakery/cafe on the neighborhood corner for your fresh morning bread & coffee or convenient yummy lunch after a morning at the beach (RISE & Co.)

Bring your own bikes to get out onto the expansive bike pathways we have to offer to explore the whole foreshore from town to Geographe, or town to Abbey. There is also Lou Weston Oval nearby (10 minute walk) where the kids can enjoy a playground, netball and basketball courts & plenty of grassy open space.

OCEAN DAZE offers a peaceful and inviting space to unwind. You can enjoy the morning sun outside in the relaxing patio & lawn area which is secure for small children. Then set yourselves up for a BBQ by the afternoon. Wash off after the beach in the outdoor shower which is connected to hot water.

Guests can make use of the kayaks provided at the home which will provide great entertainment at the nearby beach. 2 x kids & 2 x adult size.

There is a double garage for 2 cars. The driveway pictured is shared and CANNOT be parked in at any time.

This home is reverse cycle air conditioned throughout.

When you enter the home, the master bedroom is on your left with King bed, large robe space, ceiling fan & private ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet & vanity.

To the other side of the hallway is the 2nd King size bedroom with ceiling fan built in robe area.

Further down the hallway is the 3rd bedroom to the left with 2 x king single beds, built-in robe and pedestal fan. On the right is a small living room with smart TV & lounge perfect for the kids to snuggle up for movie night.

The family bathroom with bath, vanity & shower is located here as well as the 2nd toilet (separate).

Continuing down the hallway you will enter the open plan kitchen/dining/living space. The kitchen offers small fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven & hotplate, coffee pod machine with milk frother, toaster, kettle, crockery & cutlery and a selection of other basic kitchen items for meal prep and entertaining. The living room has ceiling fan, smart TV, gas log heater.

WIFI is provided.

There is a small security camera in the doorbell and also one in the corner of the back patio, looking over the outdoor table towards the grass. These cameras are on for security purposes only and are not monitored.

PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants
* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants
* Tea towels
* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)
* Our 'Basic Starter' package - these are STARTER essentials including tea/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper sachets, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay. No other pantry items are provided.

- Beach towels are NOT included

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.

Absolutely amazing.

Absolutely amazing. Immaculately clean. Top quality facilities including a fabulous Barbie. Gardens very tidy and well maintained. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. 15 mins walk to beach. Great having garage for car. We didn't use the car during our stay. We walked everywhere.

Fantastic house!

A fantastic house with all amenities you could need provided and well thought out. The house was well furnished and the kitchen had everything you would need. Plastic cups & plates were available with 2 small children it was very much appreciated. The bedding was the stand out, top quality sheets & doonas. Would definitely book again

We had a lovely stay at Ocean Daze and was very comfortable for us all. It worked perfectly for two couples. So close and walkable to town and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

TRUE GEM!

This place is a true gem! It is beautifully presented and has one of our favourite layouts for a family with young children. The kayaks, scooters and helmets would be a lovely surprise for anyone not travelling with any for kids. The outdoor area is stunning and the house is extremely private. Great location, close to shops, jetty and walking distance to everything. The starter pack doesn’t include coffee capsules for the coffee machine, so for anyone that likes a coffee immediately on wake up would suggest taking some with you - other wise there’s a coffee shop walking distance 2 mins away! Bree and Beth are super responsive and we were so appreciative they responded to an issue we had had over a wkd! Would definitely stay again. Beautiful home!

LOVE THE PLACE

Loveeeeee the place, had lots of great fun here! The place is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Lots of great amenities too. Checkin and checkout instructions are clear, I didn’t need to message the host for any clarification at all. The location is really good too, lots of attractions nearby! Overall good value and an amazing place, 100% recommend! 💕

Everything you could possibly need was provided making it feel like a home away from home. Beds and linens of a very high quality too and perfect for those crisp south west nights. The remote controlled gas fireplace was the cherry on top and made the perfect comfort level for watching some TV in the evening. The house location is perfect too with it only being a 5-10 min walk from the centre of town with a wide selection of cafes, bars and restaurants and of course the stunning jetty!! Will def be looking to stay again!!
