Our Terms & Conditions, Property Rules and the City of Busselton CODE OF CONDUCT for Holiday Homes all form part of any booking.

BOWERBIRD VIEW is a newly renovated beachside home located directly opposite the beautiful sandy beaches of Busselton and a short drive from some of the most incredible South West beaches and wineries.

Driving up to this property you will immediately notice the front porch and the views that can be soaked up whilst relaxing on the outdoor setting.

Entry into this property immediately takes you into an open plan living area of kitchen, dining and lounge - all overlooking the ocean. The neat kitchen that contains all the cooking equipment you will need to make your stay comfortable and a Nespresso coffee machine. 

The dining area is complete with a large table/bench seating area and this space is shared with the lounge area. The lounge provides floor to ceiling windows to maximise the stunning view. A small flat screen television is also provided.

There is a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in the living area. 

Venture down the hallway to a fully serviceable laundry/toilet with a bathroom next door. The bathroom is equipped with a large bench, bath and shower. 

At the end of the hallway there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and single bed. The second bedroom has a single bunk bed and single bed. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans for the warmer summer nights.

Outdoors offers a large entertaining area with a BBQ and a fully secured grassed backyard space. Attached to the outdoor entertaining area is a teenagers retreat equipped with a tri-bunk bed (double on top, single on bottom) plus a fooseball table, lounge and smart TV.

There is a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in the teenagers retreat.

*** PLEASE NOTE: Bowerbird View has a common gate with another property, Bowerbird Nest. Guests can enquire to stay in both properties. Otherwise the guest gate will be locked.

Please note:

-The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants

* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants

* Tea towels

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.

- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry if you intend for your dog to come. There are strict guidelines in place for pets in Holiday Homes. They cannot be left unattended at the property at any time. Strictly outside pets only unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.

Policy and notes

Payment Schedule

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

50% of the payment is required 28 day(s) before arrival.

The remaining amount is to be paid 7 day(s) before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €274 is due.

Notes

**** PLEASE NOTE : DOWN SOUTH GETAWAYS BOOKINGS/ CANCELLATIONS CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS 

- Unless we agree with you otherwise, all bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total fees (nightly lease fees, cleaning & linen hire), which is to be paid as per stated on the Booking Quote/Invoice  

- Remainder of your holiday fees (nightly lease fees, cleaning & linen hire), must be received by us, in cleared funds, no less than 28 days prior to your arrival date, or the due date as stated on your Booking quote/Invoice

- In all cases, a security bond must be received by us, in cleared funds, no less than seven days prior to your arrival date or as stated on your Booking quote/invoice. 

- The above clauses are amended in the instance that the booking is for high demand dates, for dates very far in advance, last minute and/or the arrival date is within four weeks of the booking date.
 

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS 

- Any nightly lease fees paid prior to the date of cancellation/non-payment will not be refunded unless the property is relet for the period of the proposed occupancy for at least your agreed rental. If re-let for a lesser amount, you will be liable for the difference. If re-let, an administration fee applies, which is equivalent to 10% of the fees paid to-date plus any difference in the rebooked nightly lease fees. The balance of funds will be released to you, less the administration fee, within 7 days of the property being re-let.  

- Where a guest wishes to amend their booking by cancelling a portion of the nights confirmed to book, the following will apply: If this occurs no less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there shall be no penalty -  If this occurs within 6 weeks of an arrival date then the portion of nightly lease fees paid prior to the date of cancellation/amendment will not be refunded unless the property is re-let for the cancelled nights for at least your agreed rental fee. If re-let for a lesser amount, you will be liable for the difference.
