Located in an exclusive West Busselton location, on a stretch of beach where you can almost step in to the water from your front door!
If you want a seaside holiday then you cannot go past this luxury beachfront paradise.
There is a boat ramp just up the road to put your boat in.
Very easy driving distance to Margaret River, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Eagle Bay and of course only minutes drive away from the Busselton Jetty.
A corner store, fish & chip shop, bakery & liquor store are nearby plus all other conveniences just minutes drive away.
THE HOME
This property has recently been renovated. All reviews pre-November 2017 are of the older home.
The crown jewel of this property is the ocean view, which is captured from every living space. The outlook to the water is breathtaking and the sand is only metres away for your enjoyment.
The stunning alfresco area has room for everyone to sit, relax, entertain, dine, watch TV or tend to the indoor BBQ. There is a small fridge and kitchen bench area. The whole area can be closed off on cooler days so you can still enjoy the space & the view whilst being completely inside.
The 12 seater Jacuzzi is set at the front of the home, with a beautiful view out to the water. The room can be enclosed and locked for safety with small kids in the mix.
Moving through the house and into the huge open plan dining and kitchen area where there is also an entertaining / pool table space for guests to enjoy. The kitchen is completely set-up for meal preparation and cooking inclusive of large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster & Nespresso coffee machine.
Upstairs you will find another huge living area with plenty of seating perfect for watching movies or playing a card game. From this level the view is spectacular, especially out on the large balcony where you can see the Busselton Jetty & around the Cape to Dunsborough with ease.
A kitchenette is also provided in the upstairs living area.
There are two kayaks provided at the home for guest use and a pickleball court out the back.
We ask that guests use the outdoor shower located out the front when coming back from the beach - to wash off the sand & salt. This shower is connected to the hot water supply for your comfort.
Plenty of parking is provided out the back & down the driveway. Enough for 5 cars.
The firepit is available for use unless there is a total fire ban. Please note you will need to provide your own wood.
The features of this beautiful beachfront home are too many to describe in detail! We have broken down the basics for you below:
- In total there are 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 toilets
- Indoor/Outdoor Alfresco area has a TV, large amount of ceiling fans, indoor BBQ, small fridge, bench space for prep and access to the spa room
- 12 seater indoor spa (can be locked)
- Main kitchen/dining/pool table area has a reverse cycle air conditioner
- Downstairs there are 2 x bathrooms. 1 is accessed dually by the master bedroom & from the living area. It has a shower, bath & double vanity. There is also a separate toilet/powder room.
The other bathroom is at the back of the house and has a shower, vanity & toilet.
- The laundry is downstairs with washing machine & dryer
- Upstairs living area has TV & DVD player. Also a kitchenette with sink. This room has air conditioning which provides some other air flow through the upstairs level / bedrooms
- There is a separate toilet/powder room accessed off this living area

- Beach towels are provided at the home
- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay
- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months
-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.
- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.

BOOKINGS
- Unless we agree with you otherwise, all bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total fees (nightly lease fees, cleaning & linen hire), which is to be paid as per stated on the Booking Quote/Invoice
- Remainder of your holiday fees (nightly lease fees, cleaning & linen hire), must be received by us, in cleared funds, no less than 28 days prior to your arrival date, or the due date as stated on your Booking quote/Invoice
- In all cases, a security bond must be received by us, in cleared funds, no less than seven days prior to your arrival date or as stated on your Booking quote/invoice.
- The above clauses are amended in the instance that the booking is for high demand dates, for dates very far in advance, last minute and/or the arrival date is within four weeks of the booking date.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
- Any nightly lease fees paid prior to the date of cancellation/non-payment will not be refunded unless the property is relet for the period of the proposed occupancy for at least your agreed rental. If re-let for a lesser amount, you will be liable for the difference. If re-let, an administration fee applies, which is equivalent to 10% of the fees paid to-date plus any difference in the rebooked nightly lease fees. The balance of funds will be released to you, less the administration fee, within 7 days of the property being re-let.
- Where a guest wishes to amend their booking by cancelling a portion of the nights confirmed to book, the following will apply: If this occurs no less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there shall be no penalty - If this occurs within 6 weeks of an arrival date then the portion of nightly lease fees paid prior to the date of cancellation/amendment will not be refunded unless the property is re-let for the cancelled nights for at least your agreed rental fee. If re-let for a lesser amount, you will be liable for the difference.

Great house for multiple families. Stunning location and view of the beach. Outdoor entertaining area is amazing and kids loved the pickleball court.

This is a truly beautiful home in Busselton, perfectly positioned right on the beach with uninterrupted ocean views. The house was clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It has a wonderful entertainment area that makes it ideal for families or groups. Bree was a responsive, accommodating and always quick to assist with any questions or requests. An amazing house in a perfect location for a family with young children. The house has everything you would need and more, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The pickle ball court is a new addition which was awesome. Plenty of time spent down at the beach and even more just chilling out looking at the amazing views
Had a wonderful stay celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. So much room in this house so we could all have own space and activities to cater for everyone! Loved the pickle ball and pool table !
We had a fantastic stay at this large, well-designed home, which was the perfect setup for our group. The layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space, while also offering plenty of areas to come together and enjoy. The majority of bedrooms included their own bathrooms, giving everyone privacy and comfort. The two dining areas were a real highlight – one more formal for shared meals and another casual spot that suited breakfasts and relaxed dining. The kitchen was large, modern, and very well set out, making it easy to cook for a crowd. We also made great use of the outdoor BBQ for group dinners. With two separate living areas, there was more than enough room to spread out, whether we wanted to relax with a movie, have a chat, or let the kids enjoy their own space. The spa was a fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. And to top it all off, the property boasts a stunning view of Geographe Bay – a beautiful backdrop to our stay. Overall, this house ticked all the boxes for a large group stay – spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.
Fantastic venue for our family gathering. Great space, lots of room, well set-up ... as good an AirB&B as we've ever had! Not far to the Busselton Jetty and very easy to access the many wineries and things to do in the Margaret River region. Can recommend!!
