Our Terms & Conditions, Property Rules and the City of Busselton CODE OF CONDUCT for Holiday Homes all form part of any booking.

This relaxing beachside paradise is the perfect base to come chill for a weekend or an extended stay Down South.

With room for everyone plus the boat and dog, only 200m stroll to a pristine beach!! The water is only a very short distance away, an easy walk straight down the end of the road.

Located in-between Busselton CBD and Dunsborough and only half an hour drive to Margaret River.

** PLEASE NOTE - Reviews prior to September 2019 are previous to the bathroom renovation. Wifi is now included. There is now 2 toilets, NO bath, NO sandpit **

Inside there are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. The master bedroom and living room have reverse cycle air conditioning. Other bedrooms have pedestal fans. The bathroom offers separate shower and a bath. The laundry room has a washing machine and clothes dryer and also houses the second separate toilet.

Upon entering the home there is an open plan living area with large lounge, generous dining table with bench seating and neat kitchen with everything you need including Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.

The home is completed in modern furnishings and new bedding throughout. It also has some nice touches such as DVD's, board games and play equipment for outside or the beach.

The backyard is overlooked by a huge undercover deck where you can sit out and watch the kids play or relax whilst watching the cricket/footy on the second TV outside. There is also a dartboard, BBQ and outside shower perfect for washing off sandy feet after a day at the beach.

The backyard is grassed, shady and fully enclosed so the kids & dog can happily & safely play. PLEASE NOTE THAT PETS ARE TO BE STRICTLY OUTSIDE ONLY PLEASE.

Please note:

-The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants

* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants

* Tea towels

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil,basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.

- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry if you intend for your dog to come. There are strict guidelines in place for pets in Holiday Homes. They cannot be left unattended at the property at any time. Strictly outside pets only unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.
