If you want to relax only footsteps from the beach then look no further..... SHELLEBRATIONS will have you feeling right at home whilst on holiday, providing a comfy base to explore everything Down South has to offer. 

Only meters from a beautiful calm swimming beach, short walk or drive to corner shops, minutes drive from the town center and only 30 minutes drive to the heart of our wine region with so many offerings you will need to stay for longer!! 

Wifi is included in this property.

Bring your bikes and ride along our expansive beach cycle paths, taking in the stunning ocean views.

There is also loads of parking available at this home so bring along your boat. You can easily launch it at the boat ramp only 500m up the road. 

The main living room has reverse cycle air conditioning and a wood fire for year-round comfort. There is a large TV and DVD player and plenty of seating. Adjoining the living area is the kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare the family meal. There is even a dishwasher and coffee machine. 

There are 4 bedrooms, all finished in quality bedding. The master bedroom has a private ensuite with toilet. This bedroom also has it's own reverse cycle air conditioner. 

The main bathroom has bathtub and separate shower. Off this room is the laundry with combined washer/dryer machine and also a separate toilet. 

Outside you can sit undercover in Summer or Winter to BBQ, entertain and watch the kids play on the lawn. There is a huge patio area where the kids can ride scooters while you prepare dinner inside. Outside dogs are welcome (please let us know you are bringing a pet when enquiring). The backyard is fully fenced & gated.

Bedroom 4 - 1 x BUNK BED (2 x singles) and QUEEN BED

Please note:

-The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants

* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants

* Tea towels

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.

- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry if you intend for your dog to come. There are strict guidelines in place for pets in Holiday Homes. They cannot be left unattended at the property at any time. Strictly outside pets only unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.

Payment Schedule

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

50% of the payment is required 28 day(s) before arrival.

The remaining amount is to be paid 7 day(s) before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €308 is due.

Notes

**** PLEASE NOTE : DOWN SOUTH GETAWAYS BOOKINGS/ CANCELLATIONS CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS 

- Unless we agree with you otherwise, all bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total fees (nightly lease fees, cleaning & linen hire), which is to be paid as per stated on the Booking Quote/Invoice  

- Remainder of your holiday fees (nightly lease fees, cleaning & linen hire), must be received by us, in cleared funds, no less than 28 days prior to your arrival date, or the due date as stated on your Booking quote/Invoice

- In all cases, a security bond must be received by us, in cleared funds, no less than seven days prior to your arrival date or as stated on your Booking quote/invoice. 

- The above clauses are amended in the instance that the booking is for high demand dates, for dates very far in advance, last minute and/or the arrival date is within four weeks of the booking date.
 

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS 

- Any nightly lease fees paid prior to the date of cancellation/non-payment will not be refunded unless the property is relet for the period of the proposed occupancy for at least your agreed rental. If re-let for a lesser amount, you will be liable for the difference. If re-let, an administration fee applies, which is equivalent to 10% of the fees paid to-date plus any difference in the rebooked nightly lease fees. The balance of funds will be released to you, less the administration fee, within 7 days of the property being re-let.  

- Where a guest wishes to amend their booking by cancelling a portion of the nights confirmed to book, the following will apply: If this occurs no less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there shall be no penalty -  If this occurs within 6 weeks of an arrival date then the portion of nightly lease fees paid prior to the date of cancellation/amendment will not be refunded unless the property is re-let for the cancelled nights for at least your agreed rental fee. If re-let for a lesser amount, you will be liable for the difference.

Loved staying here!

Loved staying here! You are a quick walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty. The house was great and suited our group perfectly. The beds were comfortable, outdoor area was perfect for large groups as well. Will definitely rebook when we go back to Busselton.

Wonderful Stay

Great location for three mums and our 7 kids. The house was well supplied to make it self sufficient and we enjoyed the living space and space inside and out the back. Kids enjoyed scootering around the outside and it was a two minute scooter or walk to the beach at the end of the street. Wonderful stay! Thank you

Excellent stay

We stayed 10 nights at Shellebrations - it was excellent. The house is large and has everything that you need. It is an older style home which has had some nice modern renovations. We enjoyed the large back outdoor space and the bbq. The location is perfect with the beach in quick walking distance and Busselton only a few minutes easy drive. We felt like we'd found a little gem and would love to return.

Everything you need!

This is our 4th year staying at this property and we love it. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equiped kitchen. Its imaculately clean and they have just updated the tv, dishwasher and fridge. Beds are super comfortable, and the couch is large and ideal for relaxing and watching movies in the evening using the free wifi available for streaming on the smart tv. We take our two dogs down with us, because our idea of a trip away in Busselton involves days walking along the beach and watching our dogs enjoy running on the sand and swimming. The house is a 2 min walk to the beach, and has a large, fully fenced back yard us and our dogs to relax in. Cant wait for our next stay.
